Fulfillment Policy - Jireh Multimedia

At Jireh Multimedia, our commitment is to provide exceptional real estate photography services that exceed our clients' expectations. Our fulfillment policy outlines the procedures and standards we adhere to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients:

1. Booking Process:

   • Clients can schedule appointments for real estate photography services through phone, or email.

   • We maintain a user-friendly booking system that allows clients to select desired dates and services conveniently.

2. Confirmation and Communication:

   • Upon receiving a booking request, we promptly confirm the appointment with the client.

   • We maintain open communication channels to address any questions or concerns clients may have before the scheduled appointment.

3. Preparation Guidelines:

   • We provide clients with preparation guidelines to optimize the property for photography, including tips for decluttering, staging, and enhancing curb appeal.

4. On-site Photography:

   • Our experienced photographers arrive punctually at the scheduled time and conduct themselves professionally throughout the shoot.

   • We utilize high-quality equipment and techniques to capture the property's features accurately and attractively.

5. Post-Processing:

   • After the photography session, our team meticulously edits and enhances the images to ensure they showcase the property in the best light.

   • We maintain consistency in editing style while accommodating any specific client preferences or requirements.

6. Delivery of Final Product:

   • We deliver the edited images to clients within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot.

   • Clients receive the final images digitally through a secure online platform, ensuring convenience and accessibility.

7. Quality Assurance:

   • We uphold stringent quality standards throughout the fulfillment process to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds client expectations.

   • In the rare event of any dissatisfaction, we offer revisions or additional support to address concerns promptly.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policies:

   • Cancellation Policy:

     • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot without incurring any cancellation fees.

     • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to the client upon cancellation.

   • Refund Policy:

     • Refunds are issued in accordance with the following guidelines:

       • If Jireh Multimedia cancels a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or photographer unavailability, clients are entitled to a full refund.

       • If a client cancels an appointment within the permitted time frame and has already made a payment, they will receive a full refund.

       • Refunds for cancellations made outside of the permitted time frame may be subject to a deduction of any incurred costs, such as booking fees or pre-production expenses.

   • Refund Process:

     • Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.

     • Clients will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed, including details of the refunded amount.

   • Exceptions:

     • Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered, including completed photography sessions and delivered final images.

     • In cases where clients are dissatisfied with the final product, we offer revisions or additional support to address concerns before considering a refund.

9. Client Feedback:

   • We welcome feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services.

   • Feedback helps us continually improve our processes and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

10. Data Privacy and Security:

    • We prioritize the security and confidentiality of client information and images.

    • All client data and files are handled in accordance with strict privacy protocols and industry standards.
